Prayer

Prayer is a crucial part of Trinity’s life as a church community. As well as shared times of prayer each Sunday and two Wednesday mornings each month there are many opportunities for people to receive prayer support:

  • Prayer Ministry after the Sunday morning worship; an opportunity to share concerns in confidence and receive individual prayer.
  • Prayer Circle: the group meets regularly to share prayer concerns, and members of the prayer circle are committed to pray for these people and situations over the weeks between gatherings, seeking God’s peace and healing for all concerned.
  • Prayer Chain: A ‘chain’ of people prays for people and situations.
  • Prayer Pattern: each week the church prays during the service for different people and groups linked to the church and for our local community

We also participate in 24/7 Prayer for Wycombe and the trypraying initiative (www.trypraying.co.uk). You may wish to subscribe to the URC Daily Devotion (http://devotions.urc.org.uk).

If there is anything you would like us to pray for (all prayer requests are treated as confidential, and are seen only by the prayer team), please email: minister@trinity-urc.org.uk
