Creator God we thank you for Trinity URC, our part of your world-wide church.

Jesus, our friend and brother, we pray for ourselves - children, young people, adults - wanting to become more like you day by day.

Spirit of truth and power we ask for wisdom:

• to make a difference in our lives,
• to make a difference through the redevelopment of our buildings,
• to make a difference in our neighbourhoods, locally and globally, for we know that much needs to change for your will to be done on earth.

Our Father, who art in heaven
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil,
For Thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory,
For ever and ever, Amen.
