Trinity has a number of rooms of various sizes which are available for letting to reputable groups for one-off or regular meetings, public use, including worship. Please look through the virtual church below to see if there is a room or hall that would suit your needs. Terms and Conditions apply

Rooms Available
The Sanctuary
The Church sanctuary is able to seat a maximum of 230 people, 100 downstairs on new chairs, with the possibility of a further 50 older chairs, and a further 100 on pews and chairs in the gallery that encircles the sanctuary. The church has a comprehensive PA system, hearing aid "T" loop, organ, & grand piano. The Church has underfloor heating and electric boosters if required. The space is flexible, warm and light.
Our thanks go to the Thames North Synod, Garfield Weston Foundation, Beatrice Laing Trust and others for significant help towards the redevelopment. Thanks also go to the Veolia Environmental Trust towards the cost of the heating. .

Lower School Room
The Lower School Room (lounge), which is situated directly behind the church Sanctuary, is a cosy meeting room which can seat around 40 people, or 30 theatre-style, or 25 café style. The room is close to the Kitchen and toilets.

Kitchen
Trinity has a kitchen which is equipped with a double oven range, double sink (one for hand washing and one for dish-washing), a drinking water urn and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen can be booked along with other rooms. The kitchen is between the Lower School Room (lounge) and down a flight of stairs from the Crendon Hall

Crendon Hall
The Crendon Hall at the rear of the church can be used either as a very large meeting hall or as a small sports hall. It can seat around 100 people. The hall is able to be used for sports and recreation within the following limits - size is limited to 1/3rd larger than a badminton court, and the use of balls is kept to a light foam or plastic ball. The hall is ideal for line dancing or dance classes, jumble sales, shows, fundraising events and sports such as judo, etc. The hall has toilet facilities including disabled access, although wheelchair access to Crendon Hall is down three steps via a ramp, which can be provided on request. Tables and chairs available as part of the let but must be pre-booked.

Lionel Jowett Room
The Lionel Jowett Room is on the 1st floor up a flight of stairs at the rear of the Crendon Hall. It is can be divided into two rooms with a central partition. Each half of the room has its own entrance and combined can to be used as a meeting room for a maximum of 40 people. Toilets are available either on the 2nd floor, by the Kate Smith Room, or in the Crendon Hall (if this not in use by another hirer).

Trinity is able to offer a range of facilities to groups hiring the premises such as cutlery & crockery, PA systems (certain rooms), additional tables and chairs, on request. Please contact lettings@trinity-urc.org.uk for further information.
Access
Parts of the Church have limited access for those with a physical disability, as you may imagine for a building of which the oldest part is over 150 years old and which was built on the side of a hill. The following explains which parts of the building are accessible to whom.
- Sanctuary: (Front) Access from front road (7 metres), 4 steps up to building (hand rails provided) ramp for wheel chair users available on request. (Sides) Alternative access from side road from car park, (2 metres) with ramp or steps.
- Lower School Room : From side road from car park (2 metres) with ramp or steps.
- Crendon Hall: 5 metres from road, 3 steps (no hand rail) - ramp on request. Disabled toilet in Hall.
- Lionel Jowett Room: 10 metres from road, 3 steps down, 8 steps up.

For information with regard to one off or regualr use of the Building or rooms please contact lettings@trinity-urc.org.uk. Full Terms and conditions are available.
There are limitations on noise, late night finishes, alcohol use and activities, etc. All hirers are asked to leave the premises in a manner they would like to find them. All hiring is subject to the church's discretion.
